This looks a lot like the Sumatran Mandheling Kuda Mas, right? Except, it’s not. This coffee is a teeny tiny bit different to the Sumatran (even though they’re both from Sumatra). Ok, that’s confusing.
This one tastes like dirt. Forest floor to be exact. You know, that kind of loamy, earthy flavour? Uh, look – just try it. That’ll explain it better.
It’s also chocolaty, like a lot of Dancing Goat coffees. You’ll also get the sweetness of … hmm, caramelized sugar we’ll call it.
We’re going out on a limb here. But this is the best all-rounder for milk. There, we said it. It’s the perfect balance of powerful body, not too much acidity, and sweetness that makes a milk coffee drinker go, “Oh. Oh my.”
