Mexico el Triunfo roasted coffee beans
Mexico el Triunfo roasted coffee beans
chocolates, nuts, spices
From marvellous Mexico, el Triunfo is big and bold with just a hint of acidity. In further exciting news, there’s a delightful sting of spice in the tail. Wait, does Mexico have scorpions? Has an analogy gone begging here?
There’s something distinctly different about this bean. For starters, it’s the Arabigo varietal.
Oh my, do tell!
The Arabigo coffee varietal is fancied for its distinctive flavour profile - usually a mild, sweet taste with notes of chocolate and nuts. Its smooth, creamy body is balanced by a slight acidity, making it a favourite among Dancing Goats. This particular coffee, though, is anything but mild! So, I dunno, maybe ignore that earlier description.
It IS all about chocolate and nuts though! And you know what? If it was the last coffee left in the world, I wouldn’t even be upset.
