So we recently roasted the last of our Colombia Villa Aroma Huila. Bummer. Normally, I would have a replacement, but I don't. Here's why.
I'm heading overseas at the end of this week for a couple of weeks, which means no roasting during that period. So I figured I wouldn't buy new stock til after I get back because there was a teeny bit of the Colombia Villa Aroma Huila left, which would tide us over when I got back (which is when I planned to buy new stock).
And THEN I got orders for the very last of our stock of Huila and now it's gone BEFORE I fly out. And now I'm sad.
So, if you're a Huila lover like me, there's nothing for threeish weeks. It'll be a different batch from the Colombia Villa Aroma Huila. This new bean will be from a series of farms in the Huila region.
And it'll be lovely.
