This Nicaraguan coffee comes from the high-altitude regions of Matagalpa and Jinotega, where the cool climate and rich soil make for great growing conditions.
We’ve graded this as High Grown (HG) and European Preparation (E/P). Roughly translated, that means these beans took their sweet time maturing in the mountain air to pack in maximum flavour, and then they were meticulously hand-sorted so only the elite made it into your bag.
