So, from September 1 (2025), we're introducing a $5 delivery fee for local drop-offs beyond Mount Eliza.
Why though
Yeah nah, we can no longer keep our coffee prices low AND offer free local delivery. Something had to give, and I'm not keen on increasing coffee prices while I can still source most of our green coffee at reasonable prices.
So what does it mean?
OK, so if you live in Mt Eliza [3930], delivery is still free. That's a perk of sharing a postcode with us.
If you live within a ... say... 20km radius of Mt Eliza, there's a $5 delivery cost. This region is where I traditionally drop off your coffee myself, without engaging a courier company. So if you're in Rye, Mt Martha, Seaford and such, it's $5.
And if you're beyond 20ish km of Mt Eliza, I'm probably using a courier company to get your coffee to you, and you continue to pay whatever the courier company has charged in the past (usually somewhere between $7 - $20 depending on where your are in Australia).
So there, that's that.
